Stone Group’s service voucher scheme has been developed to help our clients to minimise the cost of supporting out of warranty computers.
The scheme financially benefits customers in all environments, providing that the equipment covered has been previously well-maintained.
The Stone voucher scheme covers the potential failure of any existing PCs within a given period. The customer only uses the vouchers when a system develops a fault. If only a small percentage of equipment fails, unused vouchers are carried forward to the following year.
Note:
We do not require a list of systems that require cover.
However the equipment must meet the following criteria:
- Stone, Omega, Cometdata or Elonex personal computers;
- Pentium III or above based technology on an ATX platform;
- be located at a designated address on the UK mainland.
Servers are excluded.
Only internal components within the computer and monitors (up to 17”) are covered (no keyboards, mice, external speakers etc.).
