We recognise the impact on the Environment of our activities and are committed to meeting our Environmental responsibilities, preventing pollution and reducing impact.

We maintain an Environmental Management System (EMS), accredited to ISO14001:2004; in order to monitor, control and continually improve Environmental performance. We are committed to managing our Environmental impact and assuring compliance with legal requirements.

We are committed to further demonstration of our Environmental credentials, with the objective to gain EPEAT registration.  Through this and initiating formal annual Environmental reporting, we will achieve a level that is not normally associated with an SME.

We will maintain our Environmental Management System in order to monitor, control and continually improve our Environmental performance.

Protection of the environment, prevention of pollution and reduction of impact will be achieved by:

• Clear understanding of the business's environmental impact

• Identification and understanding of all environmental legislation applicable to our activities, products and impacts

• Implementation of defined controls to ensure legal compliance, pollution prevention and minimisation of impact

• Committment of Senior Management to the development and progression of a programme of impact reductions

• Communication internally throughout the business of environmental policy, controls and programme

• Development of products and services to meet recognised Green standards, social responsibilities and market demands

• Provision of dedicated online facilities for the processing of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) in accordance with best practice (BATRRT) and environmental permitting regulations

• Continued review by Senior Management of environmental performance

We recognise the obligations we have to society and use our Environmental Management Systems to minimise the environmental impacts to which we are committed.
